Jonathan Loe, Founder, Owner and Dreamer-in-Chief

Jonathan has been in tailoring for 20 years. He began his career as an assistant in the valeting department at Aquascutum, 100 Regent Street London in 2001. Since then he’s had the great fortune of working for Philip Start, Paul Smith, and Ralph Lauren; and most recently as the Bespoke Manager at J.P. Hackett, 14 Savile Row.

He founded FAUSTUS in 2015 to bring the best of the artisans he’s met over the years to a London audience. FAUSTUS is his assembled ‘dream team’.

He believes passionately in the power and pleasure of tailored garments, and seeks to encourage everyone to live the made to measure life!

Alessandro Colazzo

Alessandro started working in his father’s tailoring workshop when he was 15 years old. Like all master tailors he has worked his way through all of the many processes that bespoke tailoring requires. He learned the delicate art of making tailored garments from scratch from his father, Arcangelo, who began the Colazzo family business in 1966.

With twenty years of experience in cutting, designing and making bespoke garments, he now runs the family business.

Giovanni Colazzo

Giovanni is the youngest son of Arcangelo and like his elder brother, Alessandro, grew up in his father’s tailoring workshop. His passion for the craft and beauty of handmade tailoring is highly contagious.

He looks after the technical aspects of making garments and is also the main cutter for the family business. Giovanni’s eye for detail, meticulous craftsmanship, and 20 years of experience are behind his great passion for cutting and making outstanding handmade garments.
